The benefits of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace have been much heralded.

By promoting age diversity, celebrating neurodiversity, or providing an accessible, welcome space to those with disabilities, and of different genders, ethnicities or sexual orientation, companies which promote diversity will prosper and grow.

Research by McKinsey & Company shows organisations with a diverse workforce are 35% more likely to have higher financial returns than non-diverse ones.

Yet despite this, over the last couple of years many large companies have slashed their equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging (EDI&B) budgets in the light of increasing external financial pressure.

With diversity budgets seemingly among the first in line when it comes to cutbacks, how can progress continue to be made within the EDI&B arena?

Reed Talent Solutions' webinar will address how progress can continue to be made on all things EDI&B in the light of financial pressure.
